Summer schedule begins July 10, 2006 at our new Main Street Frisco location. Any of our ongoing fitness classes can be scheduled for groups of three or more, or used as the focus for personal training.

PILATES CORESSENTIALSSM: Posture has been described as the place where movement begins and ends. Skilled athletic movement originates from optimal postural alignment. The deep core muscles enhance alignment and structural stability. By sequencing exercises in a logical progression, Pilates Coressentials gets you in touch with these muscles. Muscular imbalances are corrected. Dynamic strength and flexibility are developed.
PILATES PLUS: Pilates principles are added to a strength training class. Uses balls, bands and Bosu with strength training equipment.
RINGS & THINGSSM: Rings and bands are applied to the Coressential exercises to increase resistance
MOUNTAIN SPORT PILATESSM: Our signature workout! Cutting edge Pilates-evolved training uses balance equipment to simulate traditional Pilates equipment. Balls, Dyna Discs, Bosu, Rotating Discs, Foam Rollers, and other apparatus are applied to the Coressential workout. When combined with bands and tubing, these "balance toys" mimic the actions of traditional Pilates equipment, while creating a greater challenge to the core musculature. This is your chance to experience the conditioning tools used by the US Ski Team!
SKI READYSM: The ultimate ski fitness program uses Bosu, balance board, stability balls, slide boards and other equipment to prepare you for ski season.
TOTALLY BOARDSM: Similar to SKI READY, yet, geared towards snowboarders.
CENTERED ATHLETE: Athleticism is enhanced in these circuit style classes. Different days of the week will emphasize sport strength, sport balance, or rotary movements used for various sports.
INTEGRATED STRENGTH TRAINING: Based on concepts developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, this class gives give the best of both worlds! Traditional strength training exercises are followed by exercises using similar muscle patterns, while imposing a balance challenge.
ROLL & RELEASESM: Studies have shown that static stretching is not always the best way to prevent injury. For some people, creating too much length in a muscle may make them more prone to injury! Myofascial self release may untie muscle knots, without dangerously increasing muscle length. Roll & Release uses techniques developed from Foam Roller Massage, Small Ball Release and Body Rolling. Can't afford a massage? This is the class for you! During ski season, join us for our 35 minute Après Ski Body Tuning. Class price includes cocoa or hot cider!
MOUNTAIN MOMSSM: This class is designed for the Mom to be who wants to return to her active lifestyle after giving birth. Strength and balance exercises are combined with the roll and release system to create a safe and well balanced worked. ACOG guidelines are followed. Doctor's note required!
